§ Mr. ParkinsonMy announcement on 27 March followed successful public consultation on the broad proposals set out in "Traffic in London" on 14 December. I have today published a consultation document on the results of the more detailed work necessary for the legislative processes on those initiatives. I hope that everyone concerned will consider the contents carefully and make any observations on them by the due date of 28 September. I have placed copies in the Library.
