§ Mr. ScottWhen we announced our proposals in "The Way Ahead: Benefits for Disabled People" (Cm 917) on 10 January we made it clear that we would continue to welcome views and comments whilst work was progressing on the two new benefits, disability allowance and disability employment credit.
