§ Mrs. ChalkerWe welcome America's decision to ease the flow of private humanitarian assistance to Cambodia. Britain has been building up its humanitarian aid since November 1989, by providing support for the activities of British NCOs and international agencies. Direct Government-to-Government aid is ruled out as we have no official dealings with the Hun Sen regime.
