§ Mr. Redwood[holding answer 17 July 1990]: I understand that at this stage the matters likely to be discussed at the Internal Market Council on 17 September are transEuropean infrastructure networks, the copyright protection of computer programmes, and spray suppression devices for vehicles and trailers. However, this agenda must be very uncertain. It is some time before the Council, and firm agendas are usually announced in the committee of permanent representatives about two weeks before the Council in question.
