§ Mr. TrippierMy Department commissioned a report on acid emission abatement technologies from the Fellowship of Engineering, a major part of which deals with technologies for reducing emissions of nitrogen oxides. The report was placed in the Library. As part of its work for my Department, the Warren Spring laboratory is making a study of technology for reducing emissions of nitrogen oxides from cars and its report will be placed in the Library.
My Department recently commissioned an evaluation of NOx abatement technologies for large combustion plant. A draft report has been received and is being considered.
