To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what assessment he has made of road safety precautions at High street, Comber; whether he will consider the provision of no waiting cones in the vicinity of the First Comber Presbyterian church; why he has rejected double yellow lines on this section of the High street; what is the present programme for the Comber bypass; and if he will make a statement about traffic conditions in Comber.

Roads service proposes to introduce double yellow lines along both sides of High

the "Working for Patients" reforms. Authorities will be consulted on proposals for new arrangements in the near future.
