§ Mr. AtkinsKent county council, as highway authority for the junction roundabout, is undertaking preliminary662W design of possible options to improve the capacity and traffic flow at M20 junction 10. Subject to my Department being satisfied about the effects to traffic on the motorway and its connecting roads, the choice of any scheme to be promoted rests with the county council.
