§ Mr. SpearingTo ask the Prime Minister if, pursuant to paragraph 2 of annex 1 of the communique of the Dublin European Council she will place in the Library the suggestions and written contributions submitted by member states, together with the analysis of the issues made by the Foreign Ministers of the member states.
§ The Prime MinisterThe examination and analysis carried out by the Foreign Ministers, as requested by the 28 April meeting of the European Council in Dublin, is contained in annex I of the Presidency conclusions. No other document was prepared. It is for the governments concerned to decide whether they wish to make public their written contributions to that examination.
