Mr. Robertson

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment who will represent his Department at the EC Council of Environment Ministers meetings on 22 March and 7 June; and what the agenda will be for both meetings.

Subject to parliamentary commitments, I shall represent the United Kingdom at the next two Environment Councils. The Irish Presidency has not yet confirmed the agenda for the meetings on 22 March and 7 June.
