To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he has considered the judgment delivered by Sheriff Risk at Aberdeen sheriff court on 19 January dismissing charges under the Sea Fish Conservation Act 1967 against Mr. Ian Sutherland and 11 others; and if he will make a statement.

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he will place in the Library a copy of Sheriff Risk's judgment in the case of the procurator fiscal at Aberdeen against Mr. Ian Sutherland and 11 other skippers.
