§ Mr. LuceThe aim of my three-year settlement is to give arts bodies a clear view of the Government resources available, so that they have a firm basis on which to plan their activities and meet their final commitments. I see no reason to make special additional provisions to take account of the revaluation of business premises and the unified business rate.
