§ Mr. David ShawTo ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will list the results of those High Court cases in the last two years in which the Inland Revenue has sought to recover £5 million or more of tax revenue.
§ Mr. LilleyThe Inland Revenue does not keep statistics of the tax involved in High Court cases. The information requested could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
