§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonSix district councils in predominantly rural areas have made general representations about the overall level of their revenue support grant for 1990–91. A number of other authorities, some of them in rural areas, have as is usual raised detailed points, particularly in relation to loan charges and non-domestic rate income, on technical matters relating to the calculation of RSG.
