To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list those local authority areas in which tenants' choice has been exercised; and how many properties have been involved in each case.

At present, one tenants' choice application has been served, on Westminster city council. This application is for 1,100 properties. Many other tenants' groups and potential new landlords are in preliminary discussions with the Housing Corporation.
