To ask the Prime Minister if she will make it her policy to consult(a) General Sir Frank King, General Officer Commanding and (b) Sir Peter Leng, Commander of Army Land Forces, Northern Ireland, 1973–75 to establish their view of events surrounding the Clockwork Orange project.

No. Both General Sir Frank King and General Sir Peter Leng have made it clear that they do not recall any project specifically named Clockwork Orange, nor any project aimed at denigrating Members of Parliament.
