To ask the Secretary of State for Wales (1) if he will make a statement on the progress of the building of the Deeside community hospital:

(2) when he expects the completion of phase I of the Deeside community hospital.

Responsibility for the Deeside community hospital scheme rests with the Clwyd health authority. We understand that construction work on phase I is currently on target for completion in December 1991.
