§ The Attorney-GeneralThere is currently no outstanding application in either the Court of Protection or the protection division of the Public Trust Office to consider.
There is, however, an application in Warrington county court under the Law of Property Act 1925 and this application will be considered when the parties apply to the court for the matter to be set down for trial.
