§ Mr. Archie HamiltonNo new D notices have been issued in the past six months, although the eight standing D notices on which the system has been based since 1982 were reprinted and reissued to the media in November 1989. At the same time, D notice No. 4, formerly entitled "Radio and Radar Transmissions", was revised, to take account of advances in technology, and is now entitled "Electronic Equipments and Electro-Magnetic Transmissions". Copies of the D notices are held by the Library of the House.
