§ Mr. Heathcoat-AmoryThe National Rivers Authority is responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of controlled waters. The most up-to-date analytical techniques are used to test for a wide range of substances. The authority has commissioned three additional laboratories which will be in operation during 1991.
