§ Mr. Dobson
To ask the Secretary of State for Energy whether under its contract to provide public relations and marketing advice to his Department, Lowe Bell has direct dealings with the news media.

§ Mr. Wakeham
Contact with the news media is an integral part of the marketing of the forthcoming offers for sale in the privatisation of the electricity supply industry in England and Wales. Lowe Bell Communications will, if required, be in contact with the news media in its role as special marketing and public relations adviser to my Department.

§ Mr. Dobson
To ask the Secretary of State for Energy whether, under its contract to provide public relations and marketing advice to his Department and the electricity supply industry, Dewe Rogerson has direct dealings with the news media.

§ Mr. Wakeham
Contact with the news media is an integral part of the marketing of the forthcoming offers for sale in the privatisation of the electricity supply industry in England and Wales. Dewe Rogerson will be in contact with the news media in its role as joint marketing and public relations adviser to my Department and the electricity industry.
