§ Mr. John PattenInformation is not held centrally on the number of arrests by age of offender. However, in England and Wales in 1988, 731 juveniles were cautioned for drug offences and 234 juveniles were prosecuted: of those prosecuted 181 were found guilty.
Information for 1989 will not be available until the autumn of 1990.
