§ Mr. Lang[holding answer 12 February 1990]: Thirteen replies have been received by the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries for Scotland from organisations based in Scotland in response to the consultation paper issued in November 1989 on changes to the United Kingdom's licensing system for fishing vessels. Representations have also been received by other Fisheries Departments from organisations based in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
