Mr. Nicholas Bennett

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales (1) if he will give details of the expenditure of Dyfed county council in each year since 1974–75 in(a) cash terms and (b) constant price terms; and if he will indicate the percentage increase in each year in real terms;

(2) if he will give details of the expenditure of Preseli-Pembrokeshire district council in each year since 1974–75 in (a) cash terms and (b) constant price terms; and if he will indicate the percentage increase in each year in real terms;

(3) if he will give details of the expenditure of South Pembrokeshire district council in each year since 1974–75in (a) cash terms and (b) constant price terms; and if he will indicate the percentage increase in each year in real terms.

The information held by the Department regarding the number of full-time and part-time employees for March of each year is set out in the following tables. No information on employees by individual authorities is held by the Department prior to December 1978.
