§ Mr. Peter LloydNo. It would not be practicable to compile statistics of the very many different types of conditions which licensing justices may attach when granting an on-licence; and we have no reason to suppose that licences granted under part IV of the Licensing Act 1964 do not normally have a "dry room" condition.
