§ Mr. RedwoodMy Department receives a considerable number of representations on various aspects of the Financial Services Act. In recent months some of these have referred to section 62A, which will be inserted by section 193 of the Companies Act 1989 and which will limit the rights of action conferred by section 62. The Department will shortly be consulting over its proposals for the implementation of section 62A.
