To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list the organisations representing or concerned with the needs of(a) elderly people, (b) people with physical, sensory or mental disability and (c) carers which receive financial support from his Department, together with the figure for each such organisation for the financial years 1987–88, 1988–89 and the current financial year.

Department between 1 January 1987 and 31 January 1990 which have not been followed up with a full circular and which deal with the needs of, and provision for, disabled people in the fields of (a) health, (b) social services, (c) housing, (d) education and (e) transport.

Mr. Peter Walker

Three draft circulars have yet to be followed up by a full circular. They are:

  1. (i) Services for People with Physical and/or Sensory Disabilities (issued 29 December 1989).
  2. (ii) House Adaptations for Disabled People (issued 28 December 1989).
  3. (iii) House Renovation Grants (issued 28 December 1989).

It is intended to issue the final version of (i) next month.
