§ Mr. PortilloThe resignalling schemes at Liverpool street and on the lines to Southend and Colchester will cost some £60 to £70 million and are planned for completion at the end of 1994. Costs of Network SouthEast's investment are taken into account in the calculation of PSO grant, which funds the difference between costs and revenues. Grant cannot be attributed to individual schemes.
