§ Mr. David ShawTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport which year's budget contained the relevant expenditure, in relation to the relevant authorities, in respect of the following works on the M2/A2:(a) London boundary to M2 provision of lighting and provision of hard shoulders, (b) Brenley to Harbledown provision of lighting and provision of central reserve safety fencing, (c) Harbledown to Bridge provision of central reserve safety fencing, (d) Shepherdswell provision of lighting and (e) Jubilee Way to Dover alterations to road markings and removal of lay-bys.
