§ Mr. MacGregorI have published a leaflet giving details of top-up loans. It is intended to indicate to students, potential students and others how the student loans scheme should operate, and the terms on which the loans will be offered, if the Education (Student Loans) Bill is enacted. Copies have been placed in the Library of both Houses.
