§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Health (Baroness Hooper)A draft health circular was issued to health authorities on 9th February, for consultation and information, on the action required to ensure that a framework for medical audit is in place in hospital and community health services by April 1991. Accompanying the circular was a report,Medical Audit —The Educational Implications, prepared by the Standing Committee on Postgraduate Medical Education.
