§ Mr. FreemanGeneral practitioners in Denton and Reddish, as elsewhere, are able without restriction to refer patients to consultants working in hospitals in Manchester and no funds are transferred between district health authorities as a result. Special financial arrangements have been made over access to the regional health authority funded lithotripter service in south Manchester.
