§ Mr. LuceIn the last three years, I have visited the Portsmouth college of art and design and the Bournemouth and Poole college of art and design. I have been impressed by the work I have seen there and at other art education institutes which I have visited previously. Such institutes are the responsibility of the Secretary of State for Education and Science.
