§ Mr. Wyn RobertsNo. I refer the hon. Gentleman to the answer I gave on 19 December 1989, when I said that in the context of my efficiency initiative local authorities had prepared reports on energy and property management and had further action in hand. The property review recommends the setting up of appropriate records in regard to age and condition of buildings including schools.
