To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what changes in supplementary grants to local training managers and those that negotiate their supplementary grants with their area office occurred in 1989–90.

In 1989–90 there has been no change in the range of supplementary grants available to training managers, local or national. Each training manager's level of supplementary grant was reviewed and agreed in contracts for 1989–90.
