§ Mr. GummerFollowing discussions with the industry I have decided to make use of the powers provided by the Dairy Produce Quotas Regulations 1989. Quota transfers notified after 23 April, even if they are notified as having occurred in the previous quota year, will not affect the calculation of supplementary levy liability in respect of that quota year.
