§ Mr. ChopeThe Road Traffic (Carriage of Explosives) Regulations were made in July 1989. These regulations 171W and the recommendations in the report are being reviewed by the Health and Safety Commission with industry and the fire services.
The resource needs of the HSE are a matter for my right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State for Employment.
