§ Mr. MichaelTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list against the name of each of the centres established in Wales as part of his Department's treatment centres initiative(a) the number of patients treated in each calendar month since the centre started work and (b) the number of patients within each calendar month's total, broken down to show how many came from each district health authority district in Wales and how many of those treated were from outside Wales.
