§ Mr. David HuntIt was not possible to accommodate in full Mid Glamorgan county council's 1991–92 bid for transport grant support for the Pontypridd inner relief road scheme. The transport grant settlement announced on 5 December will enable the county council to continue with substantial expenditure on advance works. The timing of the scheme is for the county council to consider in the light of the settlement.
