To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what representations he has received over the availability of Royal Navy and RAF helicopters to rescue people or animals on Exmoor, the Bredon hills, the Quantocks and the Blackdowns in extremely adverse winter weather conditions; and if he will make a statement.
