§ Mr. ForthThe main inspection grades are considered to be inspector of factories 1B and inspector of factories 1A (principal inspector). Out of a total staff in post figure of 289 inspectors of factories 1B, 97 have less than five years' experience in the grade. Out of a total staff in post figure of 162 inspectors of factories 1A, 57 have less than five years' experience in the grade.
