§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonA letter from the group Clydeside against Pollution was received on 4 December 1990 and was acknowledged by Her Majesty's industrial pollution inspectorate on 7 December 1990. In that it makes further representation about the application by Cleveland Fuels Ltd. for registration of an incinerator works in Renfrew under section 9(1) of the Alkali etc. Works Regulation Act 1906, Her Majesty's industrial pollution inspectorate will take account of its contents during their consideration of the application.
