§ Mr. Alan HowarthUniversities have responded positively to the Hanham report, improving their cost-recovery procedures in the light of its recommendations. In the light of experience and with the assistance of other parties concerned, the Committee of Vice-Chancellors and Principals is further developing the costing principles for research projects.
