§ Ms. QuinTo ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he has any plans to discuss with local authorities the use of European regional development fund grants for industrial and regional development in the light of local authority budget constraints.
§ Mr. Leigh[holding answer 22 November 1990]: I have no specific plans for such a discussion although I regularly meet local authorities during the course of my regional visits.
