§ Mr. Michael ForsythLocal authorities and health boards are the main sources of funding to local Crossroads schemes. According to Crossroads' own statistics £669,000 was made available from these authorities in the financial year 1989–90. My Department is paying a grant of £23,865 in the current year. This meets approximately 30 per cent. of the costs of the headquarters organisation of Crossroads (Scotland) which provides direction and support to local Crossroads projects.
