To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what communication he has had with the European Community regarding aid for flood victims in Towyn.

The Department has been involved in arranging payment of £111,500 as EC aid to the three appeals set up by the mayors of Colwyn, Rhuddlan and Delyn.
