To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what recent discussions he has had about standards of accommodation for civil servants working in central London.

Guidance on standards of accommodation for civil servants in London and elsewhere is contained in the office accommodation standards code which is maintained by my Department. I have not been involved in any recent discussions on this issue.
