Mr. Dalyell

To ask the Prime Minister, pursuant to her answer to the hon. Member for Linlithgow on 18 April (1) if she will make a statement on the circumstances in which Mr. Powell met in any official capacity the proprietor ofThe Daily Telegraph;

(2) if she will list the attempts to which she refers of the hon. Member for Linlithgow to vilify individual civil servants.
