§ The Prime MinisterI refer the hon. Member to the reply given by my hon. Friend the Minister of State, Home Office, to my hon. Friend the Member for Aldridge-Brownhills (Mr. Shepherd) on 2 April 1990 at columns439-41, which listed statutes other than the Official Secrets Acts which create criminal sanctions for the release of certain kinds of information.
