To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will publish for each local authority area the number of ancillaries employed in(a) 1970–71, (b) 1979–80 and (c) 1988–89 in (i) the primary and (ii) the secondary sector, and the ratio of ancillaries to teachers and pupils in each case.
