To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many forensic scientists of(a) up to three, (b) three to six, (c) six to nine, (d) nine to 12 and (e) 12 to 15 years' experience, respectively, left the employment of the Metropolitan police forensic science laboratory in 1989; and if he will make a statement.
